Positive: L'alloggio era perfetto. Molto ampio, sviluppato su due piani, molto silenzioso perché in un cortile interno. Ideale in famiglia (eravamo in 4) perché per andare in bagno si passa nella camera da letto. Comodo alla stazione ferroviaria principale (15 minuti a piedi) e alla metro (5 minuti a piedi, metro diretta per il centro in poche fermate). Supermercato, panetteria e altri negozi a 5 minuti a piedi.

planned my trip to close to the actual trip, so there availability of places to stay was limited Positive: Very close ( about a block & a half ) to the U1 underground public transportation station, & the proximity to the underground station is the only reason that I opted for staying here. Negative: The host tried to overcharge the Vienna City Tax that all tourists have to pay, but did reduce it when I pointed out that what they were charging was WRONG. Who know how many previous customers that they robbed by overcharging them. Coffee is included & in their fantastic generosity the host provided 1 (!) Nespresso capsule for every morning; & the Nespresso machine provided a 'little' cup amount of coffee when pressing the 'big cup' button & and 'large cup' amount when pressing the 'little cup' button. + the cups provided were to tall to properly fit on the machine. The TV channels kept dropping out (weak Wi-Fi?). It was better a lot of the times to hotspot the internet to my notebook off of my phone instead of using the Wi-Fi as it was more reliable. The door to the bathroom sticks on the floor. Water pressure in the sink in the kitchen is quite pathetic. Yes, there is a balcony, but it is quite sad when you want to go out on the balcony & it's raining; you can see all the other balconies in the neighboring buildings have cover over their balconies, but not the one that you are standing on.
