Positive: Near the subway/metro and restaurants Negative: Nothing

Positive: Perfect. High-end facilities. Very new. Negative: Nothing

It was a wonderful and relaxing stay! Positive: Communication with the hosts was excellent. The check-in process was very clear and straightforward. The apartment matches the description and posted photos perfectly; it is fully equipped with everything needed. We also booked a parking space, which was great. There are Lidl and Profi stores (among others), a metro station, and many restaurants nearby. We relied heavily on public transport to get around. Negative: To reach the parking area, you have to pass through a rather narrow passageway. Fortunately, the hosts had provided the dimensions, and my car fit with barely any room to spare. It is possible to park there with a bit of maneuvering skill. However, this isn't the hosts' fault; it is simply the building's architecture. In any case, there are garages available for parking in the immediate vicinity. So I don't consider it a downside, but it's good to know.
